At Associated Fire Safety Equipment, we pride ourselves on helping our customers at all times. The most important aspect of a business transaction is that the customer is happy with the goods once they are received.
Our return policy is as follows:
- We replace or refund any goods that are defective
- We will refund any products received that you are not happy with providing there is no damage to the goods (The refund will only take place, once we have physically seen the goods to ensure there is no damage).
- If the problem with the product is ours, we will refund the shipping charge as well, but if not, naturally the shipping charge will not be refunded.
- If there are any custom good purchased, these will be non returnable unless defective.
