LION’s RedZone™ Nomex® Nano Flex hood is designed to allow for ease of movement, flexibility, & unobstructed hearing, featuring ultra-soft, flame-resistant material for maximum comfort and protection. Air-permeable to help manage core temperature and heat stress. Single-layer trilaminate (3-ply) with no intentionally-added per-or polyfluorinated substances keeps the hood lightweight while still blocking over 99% of particulates 0.1-1 microns in size from touching the face or neck. The hood is certified to meet NFPA 1971, 2018 and protects some of the most vulnerable areas of the body by blockingcontaminants. The extended bib design provides optimal shoulder and neck coverage.
